从事的工作？
I’m a technical engineer at a tech firm. I studied computer science at university, and now I use that knowledge in my job. This job has helped me gain practical skills, and I think that it is valuable for me.

I chose this job because it lets me gain practical skills and experience in my field of study. It’s not my dream job, but it’s well paid and gives me good opportunities for my future.
工作是否有趣？
To be honest, my job isn’t always interesting, but I really like the working environment. I enjoy working with my colleagues and can concentrate on my tasks. I also like that I face different challenges every day. They help me build problem-solving skills and become more confident in my job.
Can you tell me about a time when you solved a problem at work by yourself?
I remember one day my colleague told me there was some incorrect information in our system.
At first, we thought it was a system error, so I checked the data carefully and tried to find the cause.
After spending some time investigating, I found that the system was actually working properly.
The real problem was that another colleague had entered the wrong information into a form.
I corrected the information, and the problem was solved.
I was happy because I learned how to solve this kind of problem independently.
How did you feel after solving the problem?
I felt really satisfied because solving problems is an important part of my job.
Every time I solve a problem, I learn something new and improve my problem-solving skills.
It also gives me more confidence because I know I can deal with similar problems in the future.
How do you improve your problem-solving skills?
Whenever I solve a problem, I like to write down the whole process.
I record what caused the problem, how I solved it, and what I learned from it.
If the same problem happens again, I can solve it much faster.
I think keeping good records is a very useful habit.
